Rick & Rebecca Long
Owners
Rick is a Senior Manager with a Fortune 500 company and former business owner. Rick is an Ambassador with the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Krewe of Kolosse Mardi Gras club and rides “The Soul Train” in the annual Mardi Gras parade.
Rebecca brings 20 years of successful sales and management experience. Rebecca serves on the City of Dothan Board of Zoning Adjustment and the Dothan Police Foundation Board.
Rick and Rebecca are both members of the Community Associations Institute, Alabama Chapter.
“We relocated from Kentucky to Dothan in 2019. Some would say that we traded our Old Kentucky Home for Sweet Home Alabama. Shortly after arriving in the Wiregrass we met some amazing people who are now life long friends and Dothan has truly become home.
We bought a home in one of the largest neighborhoods in the Wiregrass. However, it didn’t take long to realize that the neighborhood needed leadership. With wonderful neighbors and amenities, we saw the possibilities of what could be. Having previously been involved in neighborhood associations, we saw that there was more that needed to be done to make the development into a thriving community.
Rebecca worked with other neighbors and the developer to form a board. Through a lot of time and effort, that development is now a beautiful and thriving community of neighbors.
Now, we want to take our experience and pay it forward by partnering with other developers, builders, boards and homeowners to build COMMUNITY in neighborhoods throughout the Wiregrass.”
