  • The CHS team provides complete financial management and reporting for each Association, including the prompt invoicing and collection of homeowner assessments. All accounts payable invoices are handled quickly and efficiently to assist in maintaining positive vendor relationships. Because transparency is key to our business model, Board members have complete access to all financial records via the online community portal. CHS will assist the Board in preparing the annual budget, including providing accurate and timely projections of income and expenses. Financial reports are produced monthly and provided to all Board members for review in a timely, accurate manner.

  • The experience the CHS team brings provides support and guidance to the Board on every aspect of managing an HOA from Board meetings to community events, everything in between.

  • Collection of homeowner dues/assessments is essential for any Association to function smoothly and efficiently. The CHS team will send invoices in a timely manner and follow the established community delinquency process for uncollected dues/assessments, including working with Association legal counsel when necessary.

  • Protecting property values is the primary function of any HOA. CHS conducts regular community site visits including monitoring Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R) compliance. CHS has a variety of technological tools to use while conducting site visits to ensure prompt and accurate actions are taken. The CHS team will collaborate with owners during the compliance process to promote community harmony as well as maintaining strong property values throughout the community.

  • CHS coordinates all communication between the homeowner and the Architectural Review Committee. From receiving applications to notification of decisions, the CHS team is there throughout the process to assist both homeowners and the Board.

  • We offer unparalleled transparency and connectivity for Board members and residents.

    Each community has it’s own website, including access to a mobile app.

    • Architectural review application

    • Online payments through CHS’s third-party online payment vendor
